In 1963, the estate underwent a transformative change when Lois Maxon acquired and meticulously renovated the home. Maxon’s vision turned the mansion into a showplace for her family heirlooms and antiques, preserving the historical charm and significance of the property.

On December 9, 2023 UPDATE: DEC 16, 2023 from 5-8 pm, Eden Gardens State Park will host its annual Christmas Home Tour, inviting the community to partake in the magic of the season.
