Conde Nast Traveler Ranks WaterColor Inn & Resort #2 Best Resort in Florida

One point shy of first place, WaterColor Inn & Resort was recently named the second best resort in Florida to visit. Conde Nast Traveler produces it’s Readers’ Choice Awards annually and our beachside community received a 93.3% of excellence. Little Palm Island Resort & Spa edged out WaterColor Inn & Resort by one point for first place. More than 46,000 readers’ responses were accepted, so there was much reader input. With the many amenities of the beachside resort, such as beach going, biking, tennis, nature trails, guided eco tours of a rare coastal dune lake on kayaks and YOLO Boards by Walco Eco Tours, shopping and dining, it’s not surprising to see the high ranking by readers of Conde Nast Traveler.  Each candidate is rated on a five-point scale: excellent, very good, good, fair and poor. Those scores, which represent the percentage of excellent and very good ratings, are averaged to calculate the final score.
