30A Vacation Rentals Re-Opened
30A Vacation Rentals Re-Opened on May 19, 2020. This includes all areas of Walton County from Inlet Beach through Miramar Beach, including all of 30A and North Santa Rosa Beach. My understanding is that Okaloosa County (Destin) and Bay County (Panama City Beach) also have lifted the ban with Governor DeSantis’ approval.
Below is a statement from the Office of Walton County FL Sheriff, Michael Adkinson:
During today’s Emergency Meeting the Walton County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to lift the short-term rental ban effective immediately under guidelines approved by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
