“Let me start by saying Murray was wonderful throughout the entire buying process. We are out of town buyers and Murray personally met me to walk and discuss the property for several hours at my convenience. I had attempted to purchase a different property with another agent and the experience was awful but then I found Murray and everything was great! We had a minor issue with paperwork getting processed in time by the lender and Murray worked with us and the sellers to resolve quickly and keep the deal together. He kept on top of all parties processes and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. I will definitely use Murray again for any other real estate transactions on 30a. Another wonderful part of Murray was the amount of people that drove by us walking the property and knew him. Many locals stopped and chatted with him as friends. I live in another state and am involved in multiple real estate transactions a year back home but I will say Murray made this one of the smoothest and best real estate transactions I have experienced.”
