Home Sales Breaking More Records on 30A

Last month, I discussed home sales on 30A breaking records for the most sales on record for the month of April. Sorry to sound like a broken record, but in May, we broke more records with over $99 million in home sales on 30A. The second best May on record was 2013, when $78.3 million sold on 30A. Compared to May 2014, we saw a 41.9% increase in dollar volume sold in May 2015. (See chart below)
Which month has the highest volume of home sales on 30A?
With $99,375,259 in sold volume for home sales on 30A, May 2015 is the best month on record according to sales reported to Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. The second best month on record is August 2014, with $91,377,396 in sold volume for homes sold on 30A. (See chart below)
