Alys Beach Homesite Sales Price Jumps 171%

Though existing home sales in Alys Beach have slowed year-to-date, compared to YTD 2103,  Sold Dollar Volume for Vacant Homesites in Alys Beach has grown 171%, totaling $24,656,554 YTD 2014, compared to $9,075,000 for YTD 2013. The number of sales of homesites has remained identical to 2013 YTD, though the Average Sales Price for homesites jumped from $605,000 YTD 2013, to $1,643,770 YTD 2014. The recent Gulf-front homesite sale helped to push that number up while also resetting prices at a higher level. Like so many micro-markets of 30A, these homesites sold in Alys Beach this year have a 96% ratio of Sold Price to List Price. If you haven’t been to Alys Beach in the last several months, you may not recognize it, as many new homes are under construction, on both the south and north sides of 30A.
