Home Sales in the area generally know as “Rosemary Beach” by most people, continue strong growth year-to-date 2014. With 33 homes sold this year, we have a 32% increase in quantity sold compared to YTD 2013. Home sales in the subdivision of Rosemary Beach totaled $61,180,000 this YTD, a 50% increase over YTD 2013. Average Sold Price YTD is $1,853,939, an increase of 14% over YTD 2013. Average Sold Price to List Price ratio is 94%, up from YTD 2013 of 92%.
