The most expensive home sold in South Walton and Destin in 2013, according to Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR), was 24 Sea Venture Alley, located in the beach neighborhood of Alys Beach. The home sold for $8,500,000 by The Premier Property Group. The home is the most expensive home sold in the last five years according to ECAR reports, and it appears to be the third most expensive sold in the Destin | South Walton area for all time.
