Rosemary Beach Home Sales up 191% Over March

Five home (detached) sales were reported to Emerald Coast Association of Realtors in April 2012, totaling more than $10.5 million. Compare that to March when only three homes sold for just over $3.6 million in total for the month, a 191% increase. The average selling price was $2,119,000, which was 93% of the list price, though by looking at the chart below, you see that two sold for full list price. The median sold price was $1.7 million. For these sales, the average days on the market was 182.
