Ahh, The Sound of Hammers in WaterColor

For a long time, one could hear only the birds chirping and kids playing in Ph I of WaterColor. Now, more and more of the home sites are being filled in with new homes. These new homes are going up next to the Post Office and are a sign of the rest of WaterColor, where numerous homes are currently under construction and being planned. Ahh, the sound of hammers in WaterColor is a sweet sound again. All phases of WaterColor are experiencing new construction. Chances are, if a year has passed since you were last here, you will not recognize Ph IV with all the new homes, and you will enjoy more architectural beauty in Ph II and III as well.
