March Home Sales on 30A See Strongest March on Record

Home Sales on 30A are strong, with March 2015 setting a record for the number of homes sold for March (compared to March of other years).

According to Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, 64 homes sold in the 30A area of South Walton during March, making it the best March on record. Notice the chart above showing how the numbers compare over the years. Market indicators show that home sales in South Walton continue to grow.
