WaterColor Home Sales Continues Steady Growth

Year-to-date home sales in WaterColor has continued at a steady pace compared to the same period in 2013. Average Sales Price has increased 3% and Sold Dollar Volume in WaterColor came in at $76,758,413. We’ve seen 64 home sales  compared to 67 YTD 2013. The number of new listings has decreased 14% and we have 130 homes currently listed.  The Average List Price to Sold Price ratio continues to be strong and unchanged at 96%.
