Emeril Lagasse at WaterColor and Seaside

On the new television series for the Cooking Channel, Emeril’s Florida host Emeril Lagasse travels throughout the Sunshine State showcasing the local restaurants, cooking styles, fishing, farming and agriculture available.

During his time in South Walton, Emeril visited Mac Farms, located in Santa Rosa Beach, to view the locally grown and distributed herbs and vegetables. Many restaurants in the area receive their produce from Mac Farms that utilizes a hydroponic style of farming.
Local restaurants featured in the episode include Fish Out of Water in WaterColor and Bud & Alley’s located in Seaside. Emeril also embarked on a charter fishing trip from the Baytowne Marina at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and cooked up dinner right on the docks. Stinky’s Fish Camp welcomed Emeril as well and will be showcased in a separate episode along with a segment featuring Florida Governor, Rick Scott.
