South Walton, FL – Pending home, condo, and town home sales in South Walton continue to remain strong throughout 2012, with 198 pending in August. Compared to August 2011, pending sales actually increased 29%. Based on current activity in September, we will see this trend continue, though Fall is typically a slower time for real estate sales in our area.
I’ve always said that real estate is very local in nature. If we look at only the areas of South Walton which area near Scenic Highway 30A, we see a 37% increase in pending sales over August 2011 and September will also be very strong with pending sales.
