WaterColor Home Sales Show Stregth

WaterColor Home sales during April 2012 reported to Emerald Coast Association of Realtors totaled more than $9.6 million with a mere 9 sales, with average selling price of $1,074,733. On average, the selling price was very strong at 94.5% of the list price. Current inventory has leveled off over the last few months, with 78 active listings currently. We saw a substantial decrease in the number of days these homes were on the market, only 196 days compared to March sales which averaged 577 days on the market.
